I believe AI readiness starts with trust. My goal is to provide world-class resources without the invasive tracking common on the modern web.

1. Our Privacy Philosophy
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers (like the Meta Pixel).
- We do not use Google Analytics for visitor tracking.
2. How We Measure Success (Analytics)
We use Independent Analytics Pro to understand which parts of our framework and content are most helpful.
- Privacy-First: All data is recorded and stored locally on our own secure servers.
- No Spying: We do not track you across other websites or identify you personally through your browsing behavior.
- SEO: We use Rank Math SEO to monitor our search engine performance, which uses “server-to-server” data from Google Search Console that does not require tracking cookies on your device.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies sparingly. Here is the breakdown of what we use and why:

4. Ecosystem Data Usage
Our resources span three connected websites. Here is exactly how data is used across the ecosystem:
airi.foundation (Framework Standards): When you request the AIRI Framework materials, we only track which country the download is from. No email or sign up is required.
aiready.sg (LMS & Community): To provide a personalised learning experience, we store your email, course progress, assessment scores (pAIRI/AIRI), and community contributions. This data is used to generate your “AI Ready” results and recommend the best learning path for your career. This data is stored securely via LifterLMS and FluentCRM.
aifirstnation.org (Book & LLX Chatbot): Conversations with the LLX chatbot are processed to provide accurate answers based on the “AI-First Nation” book. While we analyze aggregate trends to improve the AI, we do not link your specific chat history to your identity.
All three sites above offer you to sign up to the AIFN Insights newsletter via an email sign-up, and your email is collected to send the newsletter to you.
5. Data Security & Storage
Your data is hosted on Rocket.net, one of the world’s most secure and high-performance WordPress platforms. To protect your communications (like your private assessment scores), we completely bypass standard, unencrypted web server emails. Instead, we use Fluent SMTP to route all outgoing mail through a secure, encrypted API connection to SendGrid and toSend, enterprise-grade delivery services. This ensures your emails are encrypted in transit and authenticated (via SPF/DKIM) to protect against interception or spoofing.
